What it all boils down to is whether or not the vehicle meets the needs of the driver and whether that vehicle is a good value. This includes warranty, style, performance, quality, reliability and everything else factored in. I will consider every possible vehicle when buying a new car, and narrow it down based on my previous stated needs, desires, etc.
In the end, I bought the Hyundai based on features, quality, performance, price, economy and style. I am very satisfied with the purchase and have nothing bad to say about the brand so far. For a fully loaded car that rivals others that cost thousands more, I believe I got a great value for my dollar.

Fair enough. But I've seen far too many Hyundai's go through our shop. And I've sold countless parts over the years for them, that my view is a little tainted. You get the feel for that. I'll give them about another five years or so.
If their quality remains
and their reliability is half decent (not like the past 10 years).
Then, I would consider them. Until then, I can't give them any respect.
Time will tell.
