Lowered with BC coilovers

If you have the cash, I would go with coilovers. Especially if you ever plan on getting different size wheels or tires, of you want to go with a different body kit, you have that freedom of lowering or raising your car when need be. Springs is a one shot deal your pretty much stuck with.

As far as difference in feel. Well I haven't been to the track yet so its really hard to compare the two just driving on the street. I can tell you it feels better than stock. What I mean by "better" is the ride isn't so rough, but then again I have a Nismo and the stock springs and struts are pretty stiff.
Thanks for your input & mentioning coil overs if I want different wheels/tires lower or higher at my choice. I'm a serious newb so any new info will help me out. I plan on upgrading alot with the wheels tires and body of the car later on. So if coil overs will be better for the long run I will just not get the springs so quick and save up more money for coil overs. TY
