I understand members reaction, And I can only say the Op wasn't meaning any disrespect by excluding anyone.
But I'm guessing he's intent was for a group of 370 guys get together with a scenic photo shoot somewhere, And I can understand what he'd like.
We do need to not get easily offended either.
He did state "No Offense"
And as for me? No Offense was taken
Theirs more important things to worry about.
