Have it cleared, and if it comes back, do a good long drive afterwards. To give the engine time to cycle for a while and it should clear the code on it's own.

If you've driven continuously for 30-50 miles after having it "cleared" better go take the sensor back to get inspected. But it should either clear itself, or you have a bad sensor which just needs a swap.
