I totally agree, but to me it's perfect, even with the restrictions they have to follow. I guess it's because I see this as a modern classic. I wouldn't want to change anything with an aftermarket part any more than swapping out wheels with aftermarket ones on a '64 Ferrari GTO. I get the "why," I just don't think the Aventador needs any aftermarket part. Heck, I don't even upgrade it in Gran Turismo.
I too prefer the stock wheels. These remind me too much of the wheels from the 458 Italia.
