If I were in your shoes, I'd spend it on a reasonably priced tires on the stock 19's and bank what's left over for a dedicated track tire/wheels set. Hold out and get every mile out of your current set. You could also go the opposite route and make the stock 19's your dedicated track set....then save up for an even nicer set for street use.
