yah, my wife did a great job on the accounting side
while i was talking to the tech...pretending like i knew wat i was talking about. didnt want him charging me for muffler bearings or something for the fridge.
overall wasn't a horrific experience, but just disappointed with the outcome for today.
but, things could've been worse. was $750 repair bill so far but now covered under warranty. guys' coming back later in the week to fix.
anyway, i made oden for tonight!

wow, that's great service at costco. i mean, i dont expect a refund, but i do expect the 'factory techs' to know which units are under warranty or not.
the other thing that's bothering me is why a "factory authorized tech" does not carry compressors around for each brand. he said they are usually common amongst brands and capacity. so i was like 'then they da f- do you not have one with you?' he check his other tech's van inventory and at his warehouse... no stock of the one mine uses.
which probably means, it breaks a lot.
