It depends on your car, the shop, and if you're going by yourself or is setting up a dyno day event...2wd is a lot less than AWD. At some shops it costs a bit more to get the A/F reading as well.

Typically for a 2wd car with 3 runs and A/F reading, it's usually about ~$100 and ~$200 for AWD car. This is from my observations of the shops I've seen in my years on the different car forums out there and the shops I've visited/hang out at in real life.
