ofcourse i did not fill that part out and noted "I am kenchan, you fix now or you be on iggylist!" and they said 'ok, fix for free.'

so i will ship tomorrow.

i already got my other new audio converter from mackie today so i'll just sell the presonus one when it gets back in my hands after repairs. lol with this ordeal, i will officially not buy another presonus product (aka on iggylist)
