I was looking around about 2 weeks ago. I wouldn't pick it up for 27k before ttl unless it had the sport package. There was a 2011 PG touring sport on autotrader for 29,999 with about 10k miles on it at the time. Prior to that I saw a 2012 Nismo for $34k. If price is a big buying factor for you there are better deals to be had if you're willing to wait.
If you're not then by all means pull the trigger. Ofcourse, before you do, make sure you'll be ok with not having the sport package; particularly syncro-rev matching. It's not an option that you can install later.
