No, I don't think it's normal. That sounds kinda odd. I also have the G3s and I haven't noticed any sort of whistling. On the other hand, I can't really hear my intake at all due to my exhaust, so maybe I'm not the best person to render an opinion here. Would I be correct to assume you haven't done any exhaust mods yet?
