Installing the nozzles right before the throttle body is what most people do, which is fine if you're looking for a safety-net. It's not the best option if you're looking to make big gains on the stock block.
The benefit with direct-port is you're getting the same amount of methanol in each cylinder oppose to running just a nozzle in the intake pipe right after the MAF sensor. Who knows how much methanol each cylinder is getting when done this way. If you're looking for a safety net, then a standard set-up in the intake pipe would be fine.
If you're looking to make a lot more power reliably, then direct-port is the way to go.
Direct-Port is more expensive, but it's worth it in the long-run. Also, it's a lot better than running methanol through a plastic intake manifold that's not suppose to have liquid injected into it.
Also remember guys, I'm using an aftermarket aluminum drive-shaft since the 37 doesn't have a carbon fiber from the factory like the 370 does. That has to account for probably 15whp and similar torque.
