i pretty much had this house built form the empty lot to what it is now...so i had the option of burmuda or augustine...it was a no brainer, i grew up with aug. is the best grass to have in a yard especially when your outside in it...
mine is sponge and cold to walk on now, feels so good on the feet after a days work and a cold brew
