I judge a good price on the trade in value, because lets say you get in a bind or something and you need to trade it in. the KBB trade in value is the LOWEST estimate... On this car in good condition you're over $32k, MD car tax 6% = $1,920, plus all your other BS fees, you'll be over $34k, so $34k OTD is a good deal

PLEASE CHECK THE BUMPER FOR A GOOD PAINT JOB!!! Our family friend is a regional manager of CarMax, and he told me that 99.99% of all of the cars that come in get their bumpers repainted So check for overspray, check for taped off marks by running your hand around the bumper (feel for a lip, the taped off area will be thicker, making a lip), and along the edges. I think you should check the WHOLE car for overspray and taped off marks. Just because its not on carfax doesn't mean it wasn't in an accident. It just means insurance and the authorities weren't involved.
I had a DEALER try to sell me another Maxima (because mine was sitting in their lot totaled) and I was like, oh, nice base package, he insisted that it was an SV because of the leather. (Sorry, I know my damn Nissans too well)
Showed him that it wasn't an SV because it didn't have fog lamps, or turn signals on the mirrors and the color of stitching on the seats didn't match the rest of the car.
Car was also in a fender bender, it was bondo'd, there was overspray on the battery, and the bolts to the fender had been removed. He thought I was talking ****, brought the manager of the dealershit out, and the manager sided with me...

Moral of my long arse story, sorry by the way, KNOW what you're getting into!

Oh, and feel free to text/call me when you're there, I'm more then happy to tell you what to look for more in depth, and what to feel for. You can shoot me pics too and I'll see if it's been tampered with
