I like watching it through broadcast... that I can see all the actions on and pit lane action. I know the atmosphere is different, but the coverage is different....
Regarding the track, I don't really care about how fancy they look but the layout has to be a good mix.
I like this one much better than the Indy one they had before, especially from corner 1 to 11, those sections are tricky.....

Yes, track layout is paramount. This track layout will provide some challenges I think. That track in Indy...
As for TV vs live, my feeling has always been: set event to record at home, go to event, come home, rewatch ad nauseum (or at least that what my wife thinks I do - I've never gotten nauseous
