Yes, the Liqui-Damp X product can be sanded down and painted over. We recommend using it over our GTMat product to seal nooks and crannies that the mat could not reach.

When we tested a small section (approx. 14" x 16") and let it dry inside our office at 73 degrees, it took about 4 hours to completely dry. I would recommend installing in a warmer temperature if possible or using fans to help speed up the drying process. Drying time will also vary based on thickness of each layer.

I was told that the product is not removable but still waiting confirmation on this. 1 Gallon of our standard Liqui-Damp product weighs 14lbs.
