Can you snap a pic? If you are able to feel it, it will need a polish to level it, if it is etched that much. On our paint I HATE to think of using abrasives for paint correction. I had a bird of prey $hit on my windshield while driving once...I thought a can of white paint was thrown at my windshield lol. When you say you can feel it, is it the whole area that it was on? You live in Miami...Hot temps, blazin sun, bird bombs are gonna cause damage fast. If polishing doesn't work, as mook said it requires wetsanding and/or a repaint if there is no CC (clear coat) to work with, have you wetsanded/polished paint before and especially on nissan paint?
