We have three 370Z track cars, all are used very hard on a track, more than 20 track days each year, and Alcon Superkit with proper pads is the best brake kit what we found.

I can't imagine that AP Racing, especially from Forumula Big Brake Kit range, can be in half good even, when we talk about stopping power, and reliability.

Please note, Alcon says that Superkit is dedicated for street use
Not quite sure what you are trying to say here? That AP is crap? Considering that they are the top brake supplier for every major form of top motorsport others would apparently disagree.

You can get AP brakes anywhere from $5000 (street) to $50000 (Nascar), so as with anything you buy the level of performance you need.

I have had no major issues running the AP street calipers on track (about 15 days a year), my only complaint was related to dust seals which has been mostly addressed with a $100 heat shield. This is no fault of AP, they have plenty of comp calipers in a similar price range, it was Stillen that put together the package and they are primarily street focused.
