Default 2009 Brilliant Silver, base trim, 6 speed manual, sports package LOW Miles

all. I'm selling my 2009, brilliant silver, base trim, 6-speed manual, sports package 370Z with only 11,8XX miles. I am the original owner and babied this car. I can provide VIN, paperwork, etc. to serious buyers. I am selling because I don't see a need to keep this car anymore; the low mileage reflects that and the fact that I rarely drive it. I rather sell it here than somewhere else because people here are Z enthusiasts and got their tastes narrowed down to a 370. I don't want to "educate" fickle people about the 370Z, who are cross shopping cars on things like Auto Trader, etc. I am located in the So Cal area, Los Angeles. KBB = $26,160 "excellent" Nada = $28,275 "clean retail"

My price $26,000

I am not desperate to sell, so:
  • Lowballers stay away; I will not go off of Edmunds used car values, sorry. They are notoriously low relative to KBB or Nada. KBB and Nada do ask you to enter your zip code for "area specific" values. They don't use "1 size fits" all values. Will I negotiate? Absolutely, granted that it's REASONABLE and not a lowball.
  • If you're going to get financing, please have it ready beforehand so that I know you're serious. I don't got time for flighty people.
  • I am not interested in trades or even a "trade + cash"
  • I will not take you on joy rides. I already contacted my insurance about this and they won't cover you nor me in case something goes wrong. If I can sense you're serious and mature, a test drive is no problem.
  • If my price is too much, then this car is not for you; I think it's reasonably priced. Everyone else in So Cali is asking high 20s (with same equipment base + sport) with noticeably more mileage and stories.

The car is:
  • Meticulous and always garaged.
  • No accidents
  • No dents or dings
  • No mechanical or electrical issues
  • Completely stock; I personally don't care for modifications
  • No stories period

The only blemish is that the right, rear rim has a rash on the lip. It's only noticeable up close. This happened when I first got the car, and misjudged the wheelbase when I made a right turn onto a driveway. I attached a pic of it.

I am in the So Cal, Los Angeles area. Either PM or email me if interested. Thanks.
