All they do now a days on the newer cars is hook up to the obd port and scan for any error codes. If you don't currently have a check engine light displayed on your dashboard you will be fine and pass inspection. The sniff test is for cars so old they don't have a obd port.

Pennsylvania Code According to that you will have a obd scan and a gas cap test. You should be fine.
