Just a bit of an update on the install. The OEM cats were a P.I.T.A, and one of the studs sheard off durring removal. So to sum it up that is by far the hardest part as far as the kit install goes.
The first set of pipes were fitted (pipes between the turbo and OEM exhaust manifolds). I was not happy with the clearance so things were checked and double checked. After about one hour of messing around, I have determined that the jig is just fine, and that I had made a mistake when assembling the first set of pipes. As a result I am chaning the assembly procedure a bit, so this will never be an issue again. It only took me about 5 minutes to correct the problem, but that is not the point. It emphasises the fact that extra care needs to be given when welding these pipes up.
This is just another step that needed to be taken in order to bring my customer the perfect fitting turbo kit.
