Thanks Steve. I really appreciate it. Yes, being alive and able to go back to a house with full family - seems like a huge deal to me.

Thanks Shado. We do have flood coverage but not sure what's covered or how much %. If your or anyone here have dealt with flood or know what's the best process to follow, please feel me to post or pm me. thanks
BTW, look at my house. It looks over the bay and surrounded by water. It would be quite impossible to not flood
. Being in flood zone sucks
