Ever thought about going with Swift Springs and Koni Yellows? Though they're not coilovers...Swifts by themselves improve the ride over stock exponentially. My car rides smoother now than it ever did on stock springs. If you want a bit stiffer ride...you can pair them with the Koni shocks (which are adjustable by the way) and then dial in your stiffness.

Edit: Going with this combo will cost you around half of what you're budgeting. Then you can throw the extra money into other mods.
