In Texas, it is extremely likely that he would come back out to his car surrounded by two extended cab, extended bed, dualies with one of them mere inches from his passenger door. Also, parking off center like that with no one else around tends to impact other people parking and soon every car is parked on the line. But he is fully within the lines, so
