And why? Why would Walmart help you upgrade your car? Best case is they will have it repaired. The whole idea of the legal system is to put you back to the same position as before.

So you're possibly going to dump $300-$400 per hour in legal fees to go after them for a bumper that's $1k max to replace? Best bet is to gently plead your case with management.

You failed by not inspecting the car very good when they were finished. Good luck to you though.
