For warranty work, I will visit the Nissan dealership. For everything else I have a mechanic. You know, a good wrench turner with his own business, whose livelihood DEPENDS on doing the right thing for his customers all the time. Sure, it may cost a bit more than getting your car worked on in the same establishment where you can buy diapers and cat food, but it is worth it.
Find a good mechanic, build up a good working relationship, and keep your Z away from Wal-Mart.
