Send him a break down of the items/packages on the car, their MSRPs and their INVOICE pricing. Then show him that the total = whatever you said it does. Ask him which items are incorrect or you are missing to achieve the invoice he is listing.
Make sure to include destination, its a significant chunk of change and its not the same as dealer fees.

Awesome advice. I told him that I was looking for $37,500 before everything for a total of about $41,000 OTD. He responded with cash or finance and that he would see how close he could get to that number. I'm a first time buyer and won't rush into anything but does cash vs financing make a difference?
