I don't know what it is. I have called UPS to see how they come up with these brokage fees, and nobdy can explain it to me. It is not a percentage of the value on any item, and it is not a flat fee of any sort. It seems like it is a number they pull out of the hat, and asign it to a paticular parcel.
On top of that, they don't provide insurance anymore because they had a large insurance claim by a customer a few months ago...
WTH is that all about?
Anyway...that is the end of my UPS rant.
