Had my FI for 6 months now. Put about 8K miles on them. Not a spec of deterioration whatsoever, least of all
rust. Check out the FI thread, there is not one complaint about rust or any other type of deterioration, on the contrary, every single post on there is complimentary for sound and looks. I agree on the wait, it's about a 10 to 12 week waiting period. That in itself tells you the system is outstanding.
Not sure where all the negative hype is coming from. Some guy posted on here his
mechanic told him the
welds rust on FI exhausts.. again, not true. Everything looks pretty darn shiny still. Installed them first week of April of this year, and have driven them all over, in rain conditions as well. VERY satisfied with looks and sound.
