I agree there are definitely issues with many wheel companies. ISS, however, seem to be some of the best in terms of quality and customer satisfaction. (at least from what I've seen).
I think it would be better for the person in question to either contact them, a reseller, or a mod directly. Putting something like that on the third page of a random wheel thread isn't the best way to get an issue addressed
