I thought the high imped. injectors tended to be a little more reliable, but also tend to be more expensive, especially as they get bigger -- its been a while since I've thought about all this stuff
I'm definitely a fan of denso injectors. They tend to have really good atomization characteristics. SARD has a nice selection of high flow Densos.
How much power are you aiming to make?
