Number "0" has to be preceeded by a letter/number.

Cant start w a "0" (number o)
I think tha's all-other than you have to write an explanation of what it represents....to prevent obscene ones i guess! Lol!!
Not happy with mine: CINDY Z , just weird... CINDYZ better but you live and learn, no apostrophe in license plate world....
