More than half of the NFL teams would want Romo as a QB. He's good. He's not great, but he's good.
I believe the problem lies with the coaches and trainers. Nobody is on the same page. Romo is throwing one route and his receivers are running another. That is indicative of a lack of practice and familiarity within the team.
