So enlighten me. Why do people worry about license plates? I see so many people who blank them out in pictures and I never really understood why. The only reason I could even remotely contemplate is that people will "run" your plate and find out where you live. But unless you work for the Ministry, or you're a Cop, how the heck could you ever do that?
