BTW if anyone is looking for lightweight 20's, there's a couple of sets of the NEW VOLK RACING G2'S available in flat black and formula silver. 20x10 only weighs 21 lbs  The 19 inch G2'S are right about 19 lbs |

You also need to take into account rotational inertia. Even if a 20" wheel weighs the same as an 18", the 20" still has a larger diameter which makes it harder to spin. Of course weight is important, but it isn't the only thing
