Its tuning software for uprevs pro tuners in the test(beta) phase. Its not government secrets banned from the public. I tried to start the thread with accurate information to give the community an idea where we are at with vvel tuning. Uprev is the only company moving forward with vvel tuning and exploration which i think is awesome. The issue rite now is downloading the beta software files not the vvel tuning tabels themselves. As with any type of "tune" if you don't know wtf your doing you will break things. Im sure there will be more news and info coming to us in the next few weeks. Forums are the LOL.
