Were those tests performed with both cars on the same day and on the same track? Otherwise the numbers are meaningless. Different track conditions, surfaces, drivers, etc... The variables need to be eliminated for comparison tests to make sense.
It's like comparing dyno numbers. Unless it was done back to back on the same day, they're not of much use.
