nope, with our cars just swap the bulbs. We already have the rest of the components necessary for xenon headlamps to operate. I got my 6000K's from him and they're great! Plenty of usable light with a nice color tone. You wont be disappointed!

also, i should say that they arent that easy to install, it requires you to go through the wheel well in order to swap bulbs. i just take the wheel off, its easier to me.

if you dont know, i believe theres a diy for it but heres a run down

1 jack up car and remove wheel
2 remove fender shroud from wheel well
3 remove main headlamp cover
4 undo clip, remove harness and pull out old bulb
5 replace with new bulb, (DO NOT touch the glass surface, only handle the metal) be sure the bulb is flush against the metal surface inside the headlight housing and put clip back on.
6 reconnect harness and put cover back on
7 reinstall shround
8 put wheel back on and repeat on other side of vehicle
