You don't have to upgrade the rotors or lines.

All you have to upgrade is pads (less than 200 bucks, need to be replaced over time regardless) and fluid (20-30 bucks per bottle), and then all but extreme track driving should be covered.

I understand that's a headache, but it's not insurmountable.
