I didn't use any impact tools. It's not a must and very easy with a socket set. I did one stud at a time and just held a stud while tightening the new one. Wasn't hard at all. Just another way to do the install if you don't have impact tools

The 20mm front and back on stock 19" rays with no drop essentially resulted in the very edge of the tire (rim protector) exactly flush with the fender.
I think 25mm would have been too much. Just my $.02.
I also used all hand tools except for a cordless impact driver. This is a must for pulling in the studs.
First rear took me an hour as I like to be methodical when trying something new. The remaining 3 took less than half hour each.
