Almost two years ago we made a revision to bring them slightly up in the build process. It will really come down to your driving habit if you scrape or not. Great response. It boils down to the drivers style. I'm not speaking for everyone but for me. My car sits low and rarely driven slow.

My driving style + lowered + bad roads and driveways = scrape.

Do you do custom work so that the mufflers wrap and tuck in instead of the V design to keep the pieces from axle and back from scraping?
