Default Aftermarket Seat Question

I've posted a few threads about this topic, but I’m contemplating adding some aftermarket seats to my Z, unfortunately though I have the heated/ power seats and really don’t want to give those functions up. That said I’ve been contemplating whether or not it would be possible to retrofit a backrest cushion from an aftermarket seat to the base that comes from the factory. I’m certain that I would need to fabricate some sort of adaptor to get it to work as well as consider the overall height of the backrest and the width of the center cushion on the backrest, but I was wondering if anyone could think of any other issue I may come across. I love the color of my 40th stock seats, so I would more than likely just get the aftermarket backrest recovered to match. Right now the four options I’m considering most are Sparco Chronos, Bride Gias and Bride Euro II and the stock GTR seats. Let me know what you think.
