Yes they are way stiffer and it lowers it so very little you won't really notice it unless you measure it before and after. Crazy that you post this because I went from factory springs to the awesome no bounce SWIFT springs and I loved it even more. They lower the front 1.25" and the rear 1.0" we're its just low enough to notice but not to low to not be able to drive still. The reason I tell you all of this is because I wanted to go lower and more aggressive so I replaced my hole suspension and have my stock Nismo struts which are grey not black like stocks with Swift springs installed for sale.
