Thank you guys so much for all your inputs. it will be DD, and despite 15 miles to work, I am in Houston, TX (lots of smooth and flat road surfaces).
I remember when I test drove a Nismo, cabin was actually ringing loud. more than the regular 370z. Not too sure if it's because that particular NISMO i drove had a coarser engine or simply due to fatter tires.
