Great price. Just to verify:

Does it come with wastegates?
Are the turbos in need of rebuild (shaft play etc)?
Any cracks in the manifolds?
Condition of couplers?
Hoses?
Power steering spacers?
3" DP?

Sorry, have a buddy interested and want to gauge what stuff is there and what is missing

Also, would you part out on of the manifolds?
