I had mine adjusted the first time the CSC was replaced with the new one, but it was adjusted after bleeding. The reason for adjusting was to reduce the free play towards the top. I had it set so there is about 0.5" of free play till you feel the firmness.

As much as most of us prefer a lower engagement point, it's just higher with these cars. If the engagement point is too low, then there's not enough pressure to disengage making it difficult to shift.

Once you get it properly bled, the pedal feeling will remain consistent regardless of time of day.
