What is the name of the attorney? When I lived in Hampton I was charged with reckless driving and got an attorney for $350. In the end I had to attend the drivers course classes and everything was dropped.....and I ended up with +5 points on my license.
Funny how things work out....I total my car and the other persons car and I end up with positive points on my license. *shrugs*
