yes, without a doubt, fresh gloves when handling the lens. bear in mind you WILL get glue on your fingertips when prying the headlights apart so try your best not to touch the inside of the lense as well during this procedure. And I say this because you'll have to pretty much grip the edge of the lens, where all the glue is when taking it apart
