Next is decide what use (real use) the car will be put through. "Track" is a useless term....like "Import Model". Track use with street tires is not "track", for example, and will demand a far different setup than a true track oriented car
Finally, post sale support. The lure of a low price is all fine and well, but when the manufacturer has 0 post sale support (this is how lots of firms operate...no rebuilding services, etc), or when the vendor isn't around anymore, you end up with expensive paperweights
