I've gotten all of my cars tinted, and they said that after one night, it should dry up fine. There was an instant where I forgot and rolled both windows down on my coupe and that didn't affect the tint at all when it dried up.

I don't think this is going to be a problem as many coupes out there are like the Z, where the window lowers a bit when you open the door and raisse back up, ie Mustang, G, BMW 3 and 6 series, etc.
